(1) Solid-liquid separation mud tank
The sludge solid-liquid separation is equipped with three sets of mud tanks, which are mainly used to install vibrating screen, de-sand cleaner, de-sludge cleaner and store the treated mud.
(2) Sludge dewatering centrifuge
Sludge dewatering centrifuge is a large drum centrifuge. It is mainly used in shield mud treatment, river dredging and other industries. Stable performance and so on. The centrifuge is also equipped with a circulating oil lubrication system, which can effectively reduce the bearing temperature and improve the bearing service life. It is also equipped with a temperature sensor, which can be monitored and controlled in the control system.
(3) Double-layer shale shaker
Double-layer shale shaker adopts double-layer treatment design. The upper and lower layers are screened twice with different sizes and meshes to obtain better screening effect.
(4) Sand removal cleaner
Desander cleaner is a combination of desander and shale shaker, with a compact structure. The desander adopts two 10-inch desander cyclones, which are used to deal with the solid phase of large particles treated by the shale shaker.
(5) Desilting cleaner
The desilter cleaner is composed of a shale shaker and a desilter. The desilter is composed of 12 4-inch desilter cyclones, which are mainly used to remove solid particles larger than 25 microns in the mud.
(6) Centrifugal pump
Centrifugal pump is mainly used to supply slurry to desander cleaner and deslimer cleaner in the system. The pump adopts mechanical seal, which has long service life and reliable performance.
(7) Screw conveyor
In order to facilitate the transportation of the treated solid phase mud. The design length of the screw conveyor is 12 feet, so that each section can be replaced as a standard unit.
